So, I basically exclusively play self-made builds that are usually at least somewhat off-meta. Those builds vary widely in their success and often end up failing. However, every once in a while an idea works out. This is looking to be one of those ideas. Non-Reaper bleed minions have been a bit of a "white whale" of mine. I've probably crammed out dozens of PoBs with good enough damage numbers, but they mostly just ended up feeling pretty bad in real gameplay. This one felt pretty nice however. Compared to my previous builds, I brought in Windscream and Despair to help with the damage. I have so much movement speed from other sources it being a 20% MS boots instead of 30% just doesn't matter. I honestly see no problems. I have no flasks but I do have 190k boss DPS. Without Despair and Wither and no boss config PoB says I still have 98k DPS which is plenty for act clearing. This entire thing doesn't take into account the 10th projectile. The biggest cost on the entire build is the need to have 2R2B somewhere and we have no good candidates for that so eit
