Quick showcase video of my heister. Gear is pretty minmaxed, and it includes a few legacy items, but that is because I play SSF standard.
This character is 100% makeable in league and can be done without a mageblood. You would simply go pathfinder for infinite flask sustain, but sadly lose some movement speed in the process.
My current setup has 763% movement speed with 24 rage regen per second (30 in blueprints), giving a 24 second berserk with ~4 second cooldown.

This character is improvable: deadeye's tailwind forbidden jewels would increase my movement speed by around 80%.
I might make a more detailed guide in the future, just wanted to showcase the build and what Chainbreaker is capable of.
