PoE Duelist, Melee builds with custom stat filters

Cuck version of Beta-Boner-builds, but this time imaple explosions could be based for better clear. When you fully ramp up with all buffs, tramua maxing to the gills (but not too tight where you self die). You be chillin at 32 mill dps with supererogatory gear. You can un-cuck your self by investing into more crit and things that make do extra damage!

Came from a Raider build last league, but I felt I died more than I'd like. Did lots of research, and I think I have something viable here, but I'd love some more experienced player's opinions! My goal was to make a Flicker Strike build that's tankier than most, while still getting reasonable damage. The budget was around 10 divines, though I'm sure you could easily add more to get higher stats on the gear. I plan on doing all content with it except ubers, as that would be a whole different build. PoB:

Played lightning strike for a while this league as raider and figured i might league start it again as it felt very solid. Champion is the strongest choice in my opinion for a tri ele lightning striker right now though slayer is also a option for sure.
