PoE Forbidden Shako, Fire builds without Flicker Strike, Ice Bite

I've been working on this build for a bit over a week now, spending more time in POB and trade than actually playing several of those days. I've been wanting to post it here for a while, but I wanted to see how far I could push it first. I've nearly reached the end of what I can reasonably change with my current understanding of the game however, and a few people in another post were requesting a pob, so I've decided to post today.
