PoE The Pandemonius builds

I've theory crafted (with help from a friend) a champion wild strike build using only cold damage by using the jewels and stacking hatred effect. The build has good defences through fortify, block, spell suppresion and leech. Aswell as having respectable damage for a melee build. I have a stupid dream about playing self cast Frostbolt without Icenova. I am trying to make PoB but it looks like very weak. 1. Does this build can be significantly improved? x2 at least 2. If no.. Is there any good way to deal with my elemental resistances if I take The Annihilating Light or only from items and tree?

I Love Spectral throw it's my favorite skill in the game. I've been trying to come up with a way to make ST great again. I decided to try assassin with cold conversion so far it works pretty good my clear is amazing but the single target is lacking and my survivability isn't bad, but it isn't great either. If anyone has suggestions or thinks this is a bad take on ST, I've been working on pobs for different ways to try and make spectral throw good again, physical bleed, Acc stacking. Please help me, I'm not sure where to go from here.
