PoE Archmage, Mind Over Matter, The Agnostic, Cold builds

Hey all, Archmage has been stomped into the ground by GGG for a long time now, so here's a new twist/variant to it that I'm considering league-starting. Abyss Jewel Stacking Trinity Archmage. This is heavily based off of Jungroans Raider variant however with the nerfs to arcane surge it feels like you're almost obligated to take hierophant. This is what ive landed on thus far! big cast speed so im not locked in place for an eternity casting. MoM, agnostic and Acro/Phase Acro for defensive layers. Im very open to suggestions! sorta came to me while i was just sitting here. Pick away at the build!

Here is a rough POB setup for frost bomb. A lot is missing and could be improved, but all things considered I don't think it is that bad... Gotta set up its defenses though if I want to use it. I am looking for general thoughts on it. I know it is missing a lot, I'm relatively new to making POBs so I still don't know where to add everything or how to make reasonable rares.

Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. So I threw together a build with medium-budget items and it turns out to deal decent damage. Clearing might be a pain due to the cooldown and reliance on secondary spells for charges, though.
