PoE Arcanist Brand builds

Hi, i would like to try for the first time to make a build my self. I have make 3 variant of Exsanguinate and i would like what you guys think. Arcanist Brand : Self Cast : Totem :

PoB: Exsanguinate + Arcanist Brand From what I saw, Exsanguinate doesn't seem like an amazing spell to self-cast. Spell Totems seem like the obvious solution, but I think Arcanist Brands will provide the smoothest playstyle. Exsanguinate doesn't seem to suffer from its downsides (a lot). Question: Is the DoT debuff affected by the damage reduction from Arcanist Brand? I can see it going both ways depending on how one interprets the wording. If not, this could turn out godly. I was messing around in Ritual SSF for a fresh start and found [[Ngamahu's Flame]]. With decent damage, 60% phys to fire conversion and 20% fire pen, it seemed like a good fit for a phys spell battlemage build. In trying to figure out how to also take advantage of the axe's 20% chance to trigger Molten Burst, I discovered that it can trigger Cast on Crit. Molten Burst doesn't take a socket so it's functionally an extra link for CoC. Need source of blind. Possibly: Blind on hit gloves, or work blind support into CWDT links. Abhorrent Interrogation as gloves would be nice DPS boost. Maybe self-cast bone offering, since BO/Crem/VD would consume all my desecrated corpses, leaving none behind for damage bonuses (nearby corpses)?

I'd like to put together a Cold Conversion Sweep character. Seen a few Sweep videos online (FastAF & Mathil) but want to do the gearing my own way. 1. putting Sweep in a pseudo 7/8 link helm similar to this one in the picture 2. 6 link totem setup in weapon (voidforge or crafted rare using Fleshripper/ Banishing Blade/ Exquisite Blade) 3. double curse setup in chest (Explode or Carcass Jack depending on ascendancy) or just get curses on rings and use this 6L for another setup What would be the ideal ascendancy to go with? Trying to decide between Assassin, Slayer, Berserker, or Raider.
