PoE Atziri's Disfavour builds

The POB- Im lvl 91 in game atm, this PoB has lvl 95 which is my goal for this weekend I have been playing PoE for about 2 years casually. Ancestor league was kind to me and I got enough currency from Trials that I was able to fool around with building and crafting for the first time. The idea I had was two parted. 1. Abuse the +3 global defense tattoo's by stretching from the Ranger starting point on the passive tree to make a Cyclone build knowing I can sacrifice the +dex small attribute nodes. 2. Use flasks to gain +res and defense to make my first time cra

The idea is flicker strike trauma stacking without multistrike, self poison w/ tainted pact, self-bleed w/ red trail (unaffected w/ slayer), 2 flasks that are always up and 1 being damage taken leeched as life. I'm just wondering if all these interactions I'm thinking of would actually line up or if I'm just meme dreaming.

Just want to share my latest interation, and now I can say that it is Uber Viable. I am not exactly good mechanicaly as you can see in the video, and never did much atempts on uber bosses yet. SKILL GEMS - I think it was less than 3DIV. Body armour: bought for 50c. Rings: about 50c each. Amulet: about 50c. Gloves: i Crafted for about 50c Weapon: 6DIV. Clusters: Larges=2div, smalls=200c, medium: 50c. Forbidden gems: 4div both. Helmet enchanted: 3Div. Belt: 1C Progenesis (really made a big difference on tankyness)= 9div. (8div+1div rerolling.. i got lucky). Other flasks i crafted myself: about 50c. Boots: 50c.

Don't hate it's my 1st attempt at a build. 3,888,413 DPS for Frozen Sweep x 11 statues = 42,772,543 Thinking about switching up and using totems instead of Smite for Sanctum Runs. Anyways let me know what ya think.
