Just want to share my original build, i posted few days ago when I started seeking for some feedback, but didn't got much help. Nonetheless i improved it several times. My build is far from perfect, lots of room for min-max, but it has very fast movement speed and it is tanky enough for some juiced content. Dunno if it is uber viable, but I did (normal) Maven when i had 8mi dps, now I am at 32mi.

Concept is 100%T physical with impale, Atziri Disfavour for some screen wide clear, stacking a few auras, attack speed with Wilma's Requital and Haste and aura effect to benefit from the "more attack speed from Ancestral protector), stacking some accuracy for Precise Technique and physical damage.

At 12 attacks/s for each totem, we have 48 attacks/s against single target. With splash and additional target from mastery, all screen explodes. The clear isn't only better because of the delay of the totems starting attacking.

Recover comes from Vitality, nothing insane, but togheter with enduring cry and some potions, there is no problem in this front.

We have perma adrenaline, toggled by corrupt fever every 20 seconds.

We have permanent fortify with about 77% all resistances, or more if you chose it.

We have 53k armour with determination, and dread banner reduces accuracy from mobs.

The expensive parts are the Atziri's disfavour and Progenesis.

Progenesis is VERY good, i don't die while mapping anymore thanks to it.

I have very few time to play, so i have to make my builds cheap and tanky so i can level.I am at level 93 only, and I only play a few hours at weekends.Sanctum has been a breeze with it.
