Hey, wanted to give a detailed account of my first day with Exerted Volcanic fissure Chieftain, here my profile since I don't have access to pob right now. I don't really have any experience with making my own builds; I was interested in replaying the Strength Stacker that Zizaran originally made with Mahuxotl's Machination; with the build being both tanky and able to do a fair amount of damage with Vaal Ground Slam;. I wanted to use Blunderbore and The Gull with this to make use of shrines. I have tried referencing the PoB for the build and with some new items such as Melding I tried to make the build as tanky whilst also blocking.
