PoE League Starter, Nova builds with custom stat filters

Disclaimer: This build is pretty expensive now with the upgraded pieces but I ran most of the league with much cheaper variants. It is my only build so I dumped currency into it. I like CoC so I wanted to turn my league starter into a CoC variation and could not find anyone doing a Heiro variant so I kinda winged it a bit. I could definitely get tankier but I believe I found a decent balance on damage and tankiness,,.at least I can run any content so far without the use of doryani's. Next thing I want to try is Lightning Conduit of the Heavens, which I can do with my current setup but sin
