Hello there - Self-Cast Voltaxic Burst on Trickster is a build that I have been iterating on since it's introduction in 3.15. I found a build from /u/Dex8172 and made some tweaks to make it my own. Configuration is assuming a mapping setup, but two 5L's should net 1.5mil DPS with a lot of sustain. Would likely scale to 4-5mil with more significant investment. Should be a decent well-rounded league start, but will be slow for bossing. LEVELING TIPS: 1) Make sure every piece of your amor is an evasion base for the extra 10% spell suppression from our mastery node. Especially your chest. We get double evasion from our chest. 2) While leveling, look for high pDPS daggers, bonus points for crit chance.
