PoE Cruelty, Nova builds

Both Bane and Cold DoT Occultists greatly benefit from the new Vaal Caress Gloves, as they run 4L Vaal gems. Hello, I want to have some feedback about my SSFHC Elementalist build that I want to play, \~500k DPS FULL uptime with 0 investment (more with Flame Surge burning ground) Defensive layer (note that it's lvl 85) : 4k5 LIFE; 1k5 ES; 9k EVA; Ghost Dance; 3k8 mana MoM; Arcane Cloak and obviously the Chill.

My goal is to clear mobs fast so this is an elementalist spamming Vortex on left click which ignites thanks to Shaper Of Flames. Then dual Obliteration wands deal chaos damage which ignites more thanks to Shaper Of Flames. I haven't put much emphasis on the Vortex DPS, the damage dealer are the Obliteration explosions, hopefully. Budget is not bad either, none of these item cost even 100c , most cost much less.
