PoE Elemental Focus, Ranger, Physical builds

Looking for some upgrades/improvements. Playing ssf and collected some gear which I threw together. Still have to craft some of the rare armour and jewellery but everything else is there (except the taste which I have to divine down to the correct %) Haven't played penance brand yet so I don't know if the dps is calculated correctly and how long the energy stays on for. Hey friends, I've been wanting to do an EK build forever and with these new boosts perhaps it's finally viable-ish I've gone a pretty classic ele stacking convert to chaos I think it might be a decent league starter. Items should be relatively cheap. Will likely need to ease my way into hatred once I'm able to scale my mana reserved. Would likely start with a Herald instead before squeaking out that extra 10% more damage with hatred. I think I should be able to get an extra 60% more single target with chaining off tornado and then having the tornado dish some damage for me. I think there

PoB: Why Raider? Haven't played her before. 20% Exposure. Great avoidance defenses including high evasion (with damage reduction from Wind Dancer), Dodge capping is doable, move speed for mechanics dodging, Phasing + Ailment Immunity, what's not to love? Why Brands (why Penance)? Because I love the play style. I've played 3/5 Brands with Penance and Arcanist left to go. I want to do cold conversion because then I can hopefully leverage Taste of Hate, one of my favorite flasks in the game for its damage and survivability boo
