I've been in the slow process of leveling and gearing a homebrew Original Sin Poison Explosive Trap Pathfinder build, and I'm starting to run some Ubers so I thought I'd showcase some kills. What few Ubers I've done have been great so far. It is definitely very possible to die, but the build is tanky (have tanked Uber Eater slam) so there's enough room for mistakes while learning. The mapping completely sucks, largely because I'm too lazy to switch more than one piece of gear to facilitate faster mapping. Despite the rigid nature of Transcendence builds, there's a lot of room for improvement in both the gear and the tree, I think. Even if left as-is, there's a lot of damage and/or utility that can be gained from the remaining 5 passives gained by going to level 100. Worst case-scenario, we get roughly ~25% more damage from shadow area starting nodes.
Should you play this build? I'd have to say probably not? I think in both trade and SSF there are probably options that are either easier to gear, more effective, or both. I've never played seismic, so I have no idea how this compares. I largely made the build because 1. I couldn't find any builds using Original Sin that I both wanted to make and could make, so I came up with one instead and 2. I've got a hipster mentality with builds so while I'm sure something like Seismic or Impending Doom would work great, I just didn't want to do them :p
If you have any suggestions as to what to improve I'm very open to them. I'll likely be using this build to do Ubers the rest of the league, so might as well improve it where I'm able. Cheers!
