PoE Ranger, Cold, Duration, T17 builds

Hey, I enjoy creating unique and funny meme builds, so I decided to come up with one. I needed a fast character with good clear speed to farm Alva. It's not great for boss killing, though. I managed to tackle some T17 maps, but it's not the best for that. Anyway, here's the concept: I stack around 450 mana burn with the unique tincture, The Battle Within. I sustain the mana cost with a good enduring mana flask and use the mastery for 1% increased flask charges gained per 1 mana burn.
