PoE Slayer, Simulacrum builds without Shield Charge

Boot enchants: Best: Attack/Cast speed Viable: Crit chance or Regen Helm enchants: Best: Cyclone Attack speed Viable: Cyclone damage, Vulnerability curse effect, Warchief damage/Grants damage while active, Blood rage frenzy charge/attack speed Gloves: Best: War, Force Viable: Reflection Build can do all map mods except "cannot Leech" and "60% reduced recovery" (both doable if you use Blood of the Karui life flask).

First of all, this is my first build posting so be nice with me. This is as much to get feedback on the build construction but I believe it to be very interesting. Build concept: using Icefang Orbit or Venopuncture with winterweave and The Golden Rule to self chill ourselves, and then we scale the chill effect with Olesya's Delight's affliction charges \[8% more effect of non-damaging ailment per affliction charge\]. I prefer using venopuncture instead because bleeds have a base duration

TL;DR: Pastebin is here. I hit 44M DPS with 5.1k overleech per second on 7.9k health. 2,552 DEX and 1,546 STR total. Budget is certainly variable, but I dumped as much currency into this build as I could afford (est \~400-500ex).
