PoE 3.24 Necropolis Astral Projector builds

I had a weird idea today and tested it, the result can be found here: Explanation (this is complicated, ngl, somewhat long post incoming): first off, I did a Discharge of Misery CoC last league too, but with Cyclone as the trigger.
