Here we go, concept of a build I'm toying since this evening, after someone threw at me the idea of melee elemental hit, me answering it was shit, him holding his ground, and me checking a bit more and finding insane synergies about it. Concept of the build: \- Elementalist, because the damage is just that good and shaper of storm is clutch. Slayer is an alternative. \- Elemental hit, replacing your weapon with an attack doing a large amount of flat damage. You use the usual suspect to block cold and lightning, even if I toyed w

Hello pob warriors! The current meta is boring me terribly so I wanted to create something of my own. In my poe career I've always had it happen that in some league someone created a very cool starter but in the next league it was already unplayable when I wanted to play it (I'm talking about you guys... flameslinger and burning arrrow...) However, I think I managed to make burning arrow work again, and I mean elemental hit ignite. I read on the wiki that ignite damage is based on the biggest hit so I thought I could convert all damage into fire and block with combat focus. In a nutshell I ac
The Build: (staff) You could also go for a Rebuke + Aegis Setup, though Aegis is expensive: A bit of a meme, but check it out if you like the idea of melee ignites. The gearing is pretty easy, and proliferation is neat. \- Elemental Overload Divine Shield \- Life/ES on Block \- Ice, Stone, Chaos, and Flame Golems \- Divine Inferno + Infernal Cry for Melee Ignite scaling \- Gem Swap Enduring cry for survivability or Ancestral cry for better clear

I like these short-format events for testing build ideas or trying out certain builds/skills I don't want to devote a full league to. With the massive number of uniques that were dropping, Atlas Invasion was the perfect opportunity to try out an idea that I have had for a while, and it exceeded my expectations. I felt it was worth sharing both because I think it has some potential, I think it's interesting, it may inspire others to explore the possibilities with this sword, and I know a lot of folks like to complain about the lack of build variety. Keep in mind that this build is not min/maxed
