PoE Assassin, Saboteur, Shadow, Herald builds

So, I was messing around youtube, and did not find any build using storm secrets. So i began messing around in POB i got this. Defences are shit, so any suggestions on how to be more than a wet noodle or any other changes. I'm levelling this build atm, so for now it's just a theorycraft. (Ignore resistances for now, im not done adjusting that)

Level 90 PoB (I use community edition): I'm using ball lightning in a couple places - the main one is in a CoC setup with blade flurry, and also a low level one in my helm with GMP, high-level added chaos, and CwDT. This procs all the time because of the herald of thunder and storm secret ring. I have another CwDT setup with blade vortex and power charge on crit for reliable power charges. This is a take on an autobomber build I have on Standard, only difference is going into block nodes for a extra defensive layer. It is a high budget build that requires a lot of specialized items. It also uses the Lone Messenger node to max out Herald of Thunder damage and uses Storm Brand for single target damage. The PoB config is set up to simulate the initial Herald of Thunder hit on packs in maps, the idea is to onsehot trash mobs / packs while running trough the map at high speed. [
