PoE Chieftain, League Starter, Movement builds without Righteous Fire

Want to try out Flicker Strike next league so i decided to make myself a flicker strike chieftain, probably as my leaguestarter. I have never played flicker strike before so any advice or feedback is appreciated. Will go for chieftain ascendancy nodes for strikes and melding. Tawhoas seems to be RLY good flicker strike next patch right ? Will probably change into voidforge flicker later on in the league so if anyone has some tips or PoBs for that would be appreciated. This build is attempting to maximize the buffs given by Her Embrace (from Oni Goroshi) by adding physical damage and "gain % Physical Damage as extra Fire Damage" modifiers and stacking increased Fire Damage/More Fire Damage modifiers.
