Rambling follows: I've been wanting to run a non-crit lightning build as long as I've been aware of the mastery, but never managed to make a decent enough PoB. I always end up all over the place. I'm excited for the new lightning skills and the trickster rework. Everytime I'm tinkering with lightning builds I'm kinda lost on the main skill even.
