PoE Duelist, Cyclone, Minion builds

Just put together this quick pob as I want to make a tanky minion char which uses fresh meat support on league start. Wanted to try dominating blow but as I understand it wont work with fresh meat (refresh vs create/summon) Divine blessing setup will be replaced with guardians blessing new support (can summon holy relic out regen without vitality?) This is why the no mana for haste error. No clusters to simulate SSF league start. Config is to simulate fresh meat, dps shown is on a 5link. Thoughts on this setup vs. the regular Guardian or Necro that most people are running?
