''Semi-Budget'' T17 build , i say ''Semi'' since 8 passive minion clusters , and medium herald clusters bases could be a bit expensive day 1-2 , For crafting them for this version its super easy , all you need are alterations , For the large cluster what ever rolls resis/life etc , For the medium clusters all you need is Pure agony .

• Second item that could be a bit ''expensive'' is the weapon dark seer , You Could Easily Use a cold iron point , And Since T17 Sanctuary Lycia Is a Walk on The Park with this Build , You can easily Farm a dark seer since it drops there .

Spectre is Guardian turtle. Normal turtle works just fine and wont die in t17s maps , you dont need the perfect version .

*rest of the gear should not be to crazy , by day 3 everything should be pretty low on price. Unless for some reason Herald of agony becomes meta Which i highly Doubt , it got some attention on the phrecia league , but usually for normal leagues people dont really play it to much.

*cons and pros of this particular semi budget version of herald of agony'

Pros , Can farm t17s early ,Tanky With Max Block+Azadi Crest , Lots of life gain on hit , Easliy facetank T17 Bosses , Specially lycia from sanctuary , Spin to win Gameplay with cyclone , Can run alot of t17 mods , mandatory to avoid are , reduced chance to poison,reduced chance to block ,cannot regen .

Cons , Low to Mid Damage , No one shotting damage , Limited to Damage over time cap , Minion/crawler Does the damage not you . cant farm legion.

In general its more of a early Day 2-3 T17 farm build to farm T17/currency to later on switch to a another build , i would not recomend to invest into higher budgets for this build unless you really like herald of agony .
