PoE Deadeye, Minion builds without Elemental Damage with Attacks, Elemental Hit, Ice Shot, Lightning Arrow

So because of multiple games that game out in this time, I didnt get to play this league much. Since 3.18 isnt making many changes I was thinking of trying out my build again but was wondering if maybe there was any advice people could give.
