PoE Deadeye, Cold builds without Elemental Damage with Attacks, Elemental Hit, Ice Shot, Lightning Arrow

Hi to one of my favourite subs! I was just toying around in POB when I looked through all projectile skill changes, including arrow skills and spells. I always liked the sniper's mark interaction with projectiles and also remembered Mathil building some Deadeye totem Ice Spear char a while back. I threw a quick tree together with absolute barebone config and no gear, and the initial damage seems already quite insane when I think about gear scaling? I'm decently experienced with creating builds in PoB and I'm bored waiting for the league so here we go. Just write a few keywords for the build like: Eye of winter, deadeye, selfcast, freeze immune.
