Eye of Winter Deadeye Trapper Build Guide ~ PoE 3.15 Expedition

Eye of winter definitely has felt like a fairly solid skill, that reminds me of ball lightning and probably has a lot of strong applicable use cases. Build was great at bossing for the price of a few hundred chaos, unfortunately being a bit too glass cannon for consistent dangerous mapping.
