PoE League Starter, Duration, Fire builds

Explosive Arrow: Now has "Explosion deals 5% more Damage with Hits and Ailments per Explosive Arrow on Target" (previously just Hits). Change Hydrosphere to have a one second cooldown before it can be hit again. This maintains the ailment mechanic on Hydrosphere to still allow for some special skill interactions but is no longer such a significant single target damage multiplier for so many skills. It was one of the strongest league starters featuring extremely smooth gameplay, and some redditors might have come across me recommending that build to others back in its heyday. Something im probably gonna start unless i find good energy blade build rare items with life > str > resist > regen incursion staff with fire multi, and burning dmg has good scaling options if you would wanna push it further than start with it

I was planning around a 3.16 league starter since I am done with the league (gauntlet the great finale everytime for me). I have never played a deadeye or EA and i wanted to check out the sniping barrage style. The build seems to be not that much of a glass canon (159% life) and I consider being far away from stuff a rather defensive layer. Also with decent rare gear you should be able to reach around 5.5k life. Some life gain on hit would be nice but I was just throwing some stuff into POB. I would love to test the build now bu
