PoE Cold, Magic Find builds without Lightning Arrow

Disclaimer this is just a fun side project that i am working on and also my first time doing a low tolerance build, so there might be intricacies that I am unaware of. Also extremely expensive build please do not try. You have been warned. I am currently using 4 low tolerance with poison mastery for a total of 1500% increased damage. I first would like to say this is my first post on this forum and my first attempt at a magic find build although I would consider myself a seasoned player of POE and a frequent reddit visitor. I still feel I'm missing somthing to this build. I can't run red maps without dying and I'm torn between the balance of 2 things MF and survivabilty.
