PoE Raider, Lightning builds

PoB: I've leveled with hollow palm quite a few times, and I always start with smite then usually switch to consecrated path or infernal blow as soon as I can. I quit the league a while ago but the teasers made me return for one last build. I gave away most of my stuff, but I scraped together \~20ex and started dex stacking. I tried ice crash, but I just can't stand the skill. I looked at what other skill to play and weirdly, nobody played Hollow Palm Smite on PoE ninja :( So I set out to make this underappreciated boi work. Mos

Hey guys, To preface, I've made a couple of builds in the past, but never truly utilized them and they just sit in my POB to rot. I've always just went back to my safe picks. I'm hoping this time I will be able to use this build and at least complete the atlas. Now unfortunately without knowing how the skill scales or how the tree is going to be affected after nerfs (looking at you Avatar of the Veil).. this build may just end up in the gutter.
