PoE Cyclone, Juggernaut builds

Hey y'all! This is my favorite build in the game and i'm looking to make him more juicy. I have what I think are almost\ all the upgrades he can get, but I could use some advice as to what I can do now to make him even more juicy for bossing in Standard. Is the PoB. Maybe a better Watcher's Eye? Are there any serious upgrades you guys can see I should make asap? Thank you!

So, let me first start by saying I am really loving this build. I just got a souped-up PC that cost a fortune, and I cannot believe I ever played on my MacBook from 2015. Just prior to league start, I theorycrafted a couple of builds: a Hexblast Occultist and a RF/Searing Bond Cheiftan. At he last minute I decided to go with the Cheiftan as the defences looked more solid, and I couldn't be happier. This has been the smoothest, easiest league start I've experienced, and one of the strongest builds I've played in my 1200 hours in POE. Thus far, I've invested a grand total of 25c on this build, and 22c of that was on the amulet. Close to 1m DPS with pretty average gear and cheap-as-mud uniques

With the new recoup nodes, I really want to take advantage of the Forbidden Rite. Any feedback is more than welcomed, thinking of making this my league start. What are your thoughts.

Hey guys, I was thinking about a Cyclone build using Vengeance as second 6-link. 5k+ life, 79% max res, 10k+ armour and around 10 mil dps on an estimated 10 ex budget. Can probably be min-maxed to 20 mil dps with different clusters and sacrificing some defences. PoB-Link below. Tell me what you think!
