Hi fellow exiles,

So Here's my second character of this league's build - my first home made build! - and I found it to be a lot of fun. I just wanted to share a bit about it and I hope that one of you guys can push it further 'cause it's seems like it has a ton of potential.
Background:
I've been playing since ritual and got hooked - probably a bit too much for my own good. I play exclusively hardcore trade and have rolled probably 20 toons to over 70 since january (750 hours of online time). I am in no way a good gamer - I still have to down Sirus - but I'm getting there, especially learning game mechanics and crafting.
Starting the Toon:
So I really like Reap. It looks damn right incredible and I love the sound effect it comes with too. I'm also a big fan of cyclone cast on crit builds and was frustrated ever since I lost I ice nova CoC to a nemesis rare at level 82 back in ultimatum. All of this and my love for fire and I was decided to build up my 1st home made build.
Theory:
I was hesitant between Chieftain for the natural 50% conversion to fire and inquisitor for the easy crit. I played more inquisitor and as I had tried the infamous big ducks bv/bb (which I died pretty fast with), I had a good comprehension of physical to fire conversion.
Once I was decided to go forward with inquisitor, a lot of synergies started to pop up:
- Stacking strength and intel to get crit
- Stacking strength and intel to get spell damage (iron will!)
- Stacking strength to get fire damage with mastery
- Stacking strength gives much needed life!
Build:
Here's the POB:
I split up the tree for leveling so you can see the route I took.
I leveled with flamewall / holy flame totem until after I got unleash. It was easy to get fire conversion and enough life to support the swinging. If dps feels lackluster, try to upgrade your weapon as battlemage just makes spells do insane damage.
I switched to CoC only Much later (after uber lab) as self cast reap was doing well still in yellow maps. Of course getting vulconus allows a lot of evolution in the build.
Glancing blows is a major investment but mandotary in HC. You can probably get away without it in SC.
Starting budget:
I invested approx 5 ex in the build to get it running red maps easily. Keep in mind this is hardcore prices, nothing to do with softcore.
What killed me?
One word: exhaustion. I ve been sacrificing sleep to play as i have a job and a 2 year old kid... I was yawning like a mofo but still wanted to play. A map boss was clearly hurting me too much and i should have called it a night. Thats 70 hours down the drain :D
What I would have invested in next:
A watcher's eye with gain flash charges on crit when you have precision: That seems just incredible
Glorious vanity: an evident choice but so expensive in hardcore
Onslaught boots and taking out Death rush
Crit chest: i crafted I really good one (they only 6 link one in hardcore for sale?, hit me up !) but not a free prefix for life to es craft.
What I'm going to try next?
TotalQlimax made a great build with manabond hierophant but I lost the toon to a lag spike in act 9 last season... I'm definitily going to try to make that work well in HC !
Last thoughts:
I just wanted to point out once again that I'm not a great POE player. I'm posting this so someone with better knowledge can push this further and I'd love to see how high it can go!
I put a video of a T15 map. It's an ok showcase, but truth is I was wrecking t16's with 20% delirium and Sirus mobs, on what is clearly subpar gear:

(Sorry for lag at beginning of run... )
