PoE Mahuxotl's Machination builds without Original Sin

Hi, as i fell in love with the combination of Mahuxotls Machination (MM) + Tempered by War + Master Surgeon back when it was introduced, i decided to min max this build as much as i could as my end of league project and to share it with my fellow exiles. Hi guys, Using a buttload of strength, iron will and some sneaky instant leech tech to maintain everlasting sacrifice ive landed on the current setup.Ive been working on upgrading this build for a couple of weeks and think I need some ideas from my fellow exiles. Most leagues I try to make a unique concept for Ball lightning because I'm obsessed with the skill sadly. Been thinking about this concept before the league launch but didn't realise I'd get rich this league.
