PoE Exsanguinate builds

Most poison seismic trap builds use Saboteur for trap advantages. Has anyone tried Occultist for the Chaos perks? I put together a quick PoB and it appears competitive with Saboteur. This was done really fast, so open to any feedback or suggestions. Everything in the PoB is current equipment on my Sab build with very minor tweaks. Is it worth rolling into this build? Obviously needs some improvements such as spell suppression. Any recommendations? Thank you!

Skin of the Lords is a huge DPS increase. We want Lethe Shade most likely.

---------------------------------------- WARNING WARNING WARNING ---------------------------------------- LEVELING: Path of Exile 3.17 is bringing a MASSIVE update to the endgame Atlas, new bosses, many new items and much more. Without knowing exactly how the new bosses function I cannot give good advice on those specific fights. I will do my best to keep this PoB updated as needed with new items or strategies th

I know I know, yet another seis trap/exsanguinate build. But, I haven't seen any ascendants using this! This build uses aegis aurora, iron reflexes (60k armour), 100% spell suppression, molten shell on lmb and life gain on trap trigger along with mini-pf 4% life gained per flask use (should be approx 20% life regained every 2-3 hits) for defences. From my experience with PFPC this league with lower armour, I found that AA alone was ridiculous for sustain. Ignite immunity from flask, shock immunity from tempest shield, and pantheon freeze immunity and poison/chill mitigation. Enduring compo

Here is my POB for my league trapper i have a little more room to squeeze but not much more in the direction ive gone with seismic trap. Its insanely tanky, easily one of the tankiest characters ive played in the past 9yrs . Has plenty of damage and has beaten all rolled invites, simu upto wave 30 but sometimes its iffy. Its fun to play imo, very strong and reliable damage. Would appreciate any commentary, you can drop determination for pride and get around 2 mil dps. Its in the setups to fiddle around with, you can also do some jiggling with precision and purit

Hello, I finally have found a interesting build, however when I import the build from PoE Ninja it states 133 points out of 128 have been spent (Scion Ascendant). Is there some bug with Unnatural Instinct/Leap gems bugging PoB? - Build looks legit even without the last 5 points spent nor does it have all kinds of stuff activated to PoB warrior it up. So I'm kind of questioning if it's a bug or if it's some sort of "draft" from PoB where the guy who made the build have made a level 100 build with 5 more points spent just so he could add/remove stuff as he leveled based on what he felt like he
