Most poison seismic trap builds use Saboteur for trap advantages. Has anyone tried Occultist for the Chaos perks?

I put together a quick PoB and it appears competitive with Saboteur. This was done really fast, so open to any feedback or suggestions. Everything in the PoB is current equipment on my Sab build with very minor tweaks.

Is it worth rolling into this build? Obviously needs some improvements such as spell suppression. Any recommendations? Thank you!
