PoE Energy Blade builds without Mageblood

Or is this a build that just hits a hard cap because all the items are unique? The only clear upgrades I can see are getting a better Watcher's Eye, and getting 2x 5str/5int split personality jewels. Other than that, did I just hit kind of a hard cap? Fun build, does most if not all content pain free, low risk of dying, great damage. Really wanted to try spellblade and EB Battlemage didn't disappoint. (I slot in Frostbolt for clear and Ice Spear for ST). With my lvl 4 enlighten could squeeze in a 9th (10 if you count EB) aura. pob:

I have been doing some int/strenght stacking energy blade with spellblade on Inquis. I tried out a few skills and really wanted to hammer in sanctum. Switched to shockwave which does such due to 110% effectiveness. Originally had 8500 es with energy blade on, but now switching up rings with projector did lower that. Was able to do sanctums pretty easily in making some currency. However I want to use the 450% effective damage on hexblast. Here is my pob with my shockwave setup and the mines setup that I want to move into.

ailments: purity of elements or helmet reduced ignite dura + pantheon + charge mastery for shock stun: perfectionist cluster + 2x brutal restraint, perfectionist + chest craft but its a prefix, cyclone alt qual + pantheon, eva mastery + pantheon phys dmg: shield corrupt, ? mana: clarity + watchers, leech anoint or auxium leech, -cost on gear additional curse is huge, pick from tree, anathema, precursors

Hey, so this came to be very spontaneously, I just tinkered with this build for most of the league getting every little info about what other people were doing with it as there are no updated guides on this. Then I finished my crucible shield tree and was proud enough to post it on the main sub and quite some people were really interested in this build.
