Spell Blade Skill Tier List & 40D Setup

Tested pretty much every hit based spell I could think of and tried my best to rank the skills based on my setup. This doesn't account for how certain skills become much stronger with specific adjustments and is only testing them with extremely minimal changes(grabbing ancestral bond 1 passive respec for totems/runebinder for brands ect). This combined with using whichever support gems I believe are optimal, most likely a few skills I didn't use the correct links as I am not perfect, for the full test run you can check the vod linked below as well as the vod from the day before to see me test the skills. After the tierlist I break down a 40d cost setup which I can recommend at the budget as the build was still quite strong at that investment level.
