PoE Kinetic Blast builds with custom stat filters

WARNING: this is NOT a good build. I just like scion and liked the new Trickster ascendancy point. Moreover, this build is mediocre in pretty much every way. It doesn't have good defense (only 20k eva, 20k armor, 100% spell supp.), it has awful boss damage and pretty lame map clear due to not being champion with adrenaline or glad with challenger charges. TLDR: Resolute Technique + mana efficiency solves accuracy and mana issues from 3.15. Chieftain now possible in Trade with Iron Will. To those who loved this build and knew friendly company therewith: this Reunion is for you. Spellslinger Flame Wall Elementalist was an extremely popular build in 3.13/3.14. It was one of the strongest league starters featuring extremely smooth gameplay, and some redditors might have come across me recommending that build to others back in its heyday. Unfortunately, 3.15 brought a quadruple whammy of nerfs to golem buff effect, mana reservations, Flame Wall

Since tempest shield still didnt updated I used herald of agony as 25% mana reserve placeholder Vulnerability reservation is not fixed yet

Not much to say. Seems like it could numerically, with max stacks on every dot thanks to the hit rates. You even get bleed-splosions thanks to Kinetic Blast and Pierce Sources (main reason to choose over Scion IMO). Lategame I'd go for the usual Life on Block shield and such. Not sure about the wand, or other potentially OP gear though.
