PoE Berserker, Channelling builds with custom stat filters

SWISH SWOSH SWASH

I've been tweaking this build since legion. I got it to the point where I don't know if there is anything more I can get out of it. The chest I need to replace, most likely with foe mantle. The only thing I really don't like is I use the thread of hope for only two nodes. Panopticon is just so strong it almost seems like a must. True league start - Dual Sword Cyclone Berserker My goal is to make a true league start build that is cheap to get up and rolling and can make reasonable gains over time in both defense and DPS. Several leagues past I enjoyed the Dual Ahn's Might / no Frenzy charge style but wanted to see if I could get modern day DPS out of it budget wise (which in my mind is 1mil DPS against a boss physical) The final goal would be easily running yellow to low tier red maps for farming. Would love feedback. Thanks!

just god the pob can some one cheak and help me whit it
