PoE Chaos Inoculation, Occultist, League Starter builds

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Currently there is no one playing Hexblast in this way on Poe Ninja so I guess you could call this an "off meta build" lol :). I do like the Ignite playstyle and maybe there are some fello

HIGH BUDGET ENDGAME BUILD Vaal minions are worth 3 minions each (200% more). So for bosses you have 9 normal sentinels + 3 vaal sentinels (9 effective) = 18 effective sentinel damage. For mapping you get your blue and yellow sentinels too so increase minion count to 22 for mapping. Estimated Budget ~50-60 div Pros: Pretty tanky Easy to play Good map clear Niche, so levelling gear should be cheap Cons: Minion uptime for bosses Not the most dps for the cost Doesn't scale as well as other endgame builds Leveling: Level with SrS and Absolution until you get DomBlow act 3. You can

Thoughts on my league starter? Most expensive thing it uses is Aegis Aurora but Aegis ended up being fairly cheap last league (2-5 divines) Other than that and Skin of the Lords the rest of the gear is fairly basic. I plan on leveling with absolution until I can invest and make the switch to Dom Blow. &x200B; This is one of my first time making my own POB for my starter. Do you guys think it's viable? &x200B; Edit: Updated POB to add guard skill
