PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.24 Necropolis Ranger builds

Disclaimer this is just a fun side project that i am working on and also my first time doing a low tolerance build, so there might be intricacies that I am unaware of. Also extremely expensive build please do not try. You have been warned. The build revolves around the medium cluster notable tolerance which makes the first poison you inflict deal 300% increased damage. I am currently using 4 low tolerance with poison mastery for a total of 1500% increased damage. Hi guys! After a bit of a break for work etc coming back to my TS character. Been juicing with the wisps (Abyss, beyond, harbinger) lately and just love the dopamine of it but sometimes struggle with multiple deaths, sometimes not finishing the maps which sucks. Just wanted to see if people think I should just keep investing in my TS character or is there some new cool build/tech this league that would be fun to try for juiced wisp maps? This is my current build. And I'm looking for ways to optimize it, I feel it still lacks some damage. Survivability is not the best eighter. I have been thinking on maybe get put in a dendrobate but idk, most "top" builds on poeninja uses lightningcoil, I guess for survivability. Please if someone knows, let me hear what I need to do, what I have been doing wrong, and if there is anything right, lemme know that too so I get to learn abit more. thanks

Hi! How can i improve my TS Deadeye? I have invested about 10 div into my build. The clear is really nice, however i lack single target. I see people get millions of DPS on the same budget as me, meanwhile my PoB shows about 200k dps (Is it true or am I missing something?) Right now i have 10div in my stash. Should I invest it now, or try to get like 30+ div to respec into omniscience? PoB link:
