Tornado Shot Deadeye Ranger has been one of my favourite builds in Path of Exile for a while at one point, and today I'm revisiting it after a long while, offering you a high-level walkthrough of what I call the "build base", which means that you should treat it as a PoE Build template, rather than as a complete build.

This saves me the time tinkering with the POB for too long (which would be a waste of time if only a handful of you would be interested in the build - let's be honest here! 🤷‍♀️😉), and yet still gives you enough information to start building a Tornado Shot Deadeye of your own, today!
