Are there better ways to build a Flicker Build? - Most certainly, but I like explosions.
Be aware that this build is pretty much a glass cannon despite elemental ailment immunity and spell suppression - Cast on Death Portal is in the build for a reason. Determination instead of Hatred is a possibilty for a little more tankiness.
