Flicker Strike enjoyers UNITE! This is a well-rounded 75-100 Divine version of Flicker Strike that uses 1 portal instead of 6. Tainted Pact recovery shores up the weaknesses of using a 2H weapon (Rakiata's). Let me know what you think!
