I'm using Divine Flesh + Bound by Destiny + Flawed Refuge to convert

all elemental damage from hits to phys and chaos. I still have some resistances to avoid dying to DoT.

Damage is not great and neither is clear, this is all about defences. Mainly PDR and recovery with the Jugg ascendancy.

Damage comes from Foulborn Frostbreath with high level Boneshatter of Complex Trauma which gives the option to use cast when damage taken.

PoB has Vengeful Cry active, since you just have to attack enough and you will receive a savage hit just from the trauma, no need for enemies hitting you.

PoB does not include the grafts. I'm using the one that improves impale and the one that gives higher max attack damage and increased damage taken with just OK mods.
