All gear is straightforward to craft:

Rings: spam scorn essence until t2 or higher chaos res or life recoup (this is for ring thats gonna be reflected). Third ring will be your dexterity ring because you need attributes, then a res of your choosing, or more recoup if scorch immune.

Shield: Spam envy essence until t2 or higher phys dmg reduction or crit reduction (phys dmg is easier to do because crit reduction is easier to do with open suffix - suffix lock - reforge crit for guarantee crit reduction).

Gloves: fracture inc damage with hits against chilled enemies mod (crouchingtuna vid has a guide on how to save fractures if failed attempt - it is a suffix so try to isolate the mod as only suffix then you guarantee never lose mod if using t2 or lower dex essence on a different non-dexterity attribute requirement base like an arm/es gloves and as the only suffix (prefixes dont matter) and recomb nad you gurantee save the mod, retry as needed).
