Flicker tank test at 0:42 (dies 50% monster damage, but gear is bad.)

Note: I used 29% inc damage from relics.

Pros: Quite strong, easy to build "tanky". Can hide around corners. Good class to respec into PBoD at higher investment.

Cons: Screen clutter, takes chip damage due to no freeze.

Would recommend a bit more gear for i83, maybe 50% more dps.

Should be easy to reach with some more levels, gem levels, quality, jewels, clusters, better weapons etc.

Floor 2 hidden boss is very scary with this setup, try to get 20-30% extra chaos res.

Depending on life regen, you can swap between RF (more damage) or RF of Devotion (lower degen).

Dex does not roll on belt naturally, get strength instead if needed and swap str nodes for dex.

3.29 does include both nerfs and buffs to the build. Should be close, but worst case expect a small damage loss.

With more gear it might be worth swapping to Repulsion, as it has more front loaded damage.

I like Firestorm (Unleash) + Armageddon Brand from lv 28, but can probably swap early (1st lab) since Storm Burst totems feel very snappy after the adjustments last patch.
