Sleepy and not the cleanest run, but the build felt strong and can probably recommend as a starter. If nothing else, it is the better early game skill for PBoD.

Due to the worse cast speed scaling and no phys gain, it will likely have a slightly worse progression curve to i83 than pre-nerf PBoD.

Less reliant on Sign of Purpose than PBoD so it should work on reworked Assassin too, or maybe Elementalist (was strong before golem nerfs).

My recommendations:

Storm burst Hiero (tankier), Ice spear Deadeye (strong but more advanced) and Storm brand Hiero (maybe Assassin) felt the best from my test runs.

Don't know: shockwave, eblade, icicle, eye of winter, kinetic fusillade (felt strong 3.28 but received changes)

Not recommended: srs, pbod (fine later, just start storm brand instead)

gold buffs when
