Just a follow-up to the Endgame Baseline Video. I got a Breath of Aldur and the amulet today and it fixed all the problems with the build.

Breath of aldur (plenty of flat cold damage)
-
New amulet (eventide petals)
-
Subterfuge mask anoint
The amulet changed the build a lot.
-
With plenty of flat cold damage, you can now easily freeze enemies and create more herald of ice explosions. Eventide petals also synergizes really well with the build setup since this build crits a lot through bells, spawning bells, backpack bell, shattering palm shatters, herald of ice shatters, and so on. This means we will have an additional 5 ice crystals every 10 power accumulated on critical hits that kills an enemy or hitting a rare/unique monster. As far as I've observed there is no real cooldown to the power accumulation, and if you crit non-stop then it will also keep spawn chaining the ice crystals. This is really good for big packs.
-
Also due to the Breath of Aldur change, I've changed wind dancer since now it can freeze a lot easier and since it can also crit, yes it will also be part of the count for accumulating charges on the amulet, hence more ice crystals.
-
Changed the anoint to subterfuge mask to get ~500 evasion, and around 40% evasion on the stat sheet which makes the build feel less squishier on mega packs with the help of wind dancer knockback and freeze. Even with slightly less Energy Shield than previously ~13.5k this feels a lot safer and more HC friendly.
-
Dodge + Guard helps to keep the energy shield recharge timer from resetting and allows for "cope" safe recovery. Still recommend convalescence for when things get spicy. The additional dodge just reduces the small hits you take in general.
-Since the amulet does not have a +2/3 melee skills, it also reduces the pressure on mana cost which allows me to drop oisin's oath on ice strike and just put it on normal attack for emergency cases, since my mana potion can somewhat keep-up with the mana cost usage with just a 8% mana cost efficiency node from the tree. This opens up Rending Apex on Ice strike, which opens up Armour Break and with the new hidden notable anoint, we can anoint Armour Break to also apply to Cold and Lightning damage taken from hits. Which is 20% more damage, if I'm to believe it uses the same value as the Physical, the problem here again would be that We will lose -500 evasion, another path could be swap the boots to Daggerfoot and get the evasion there instead.
Midnight Zenith gem setup: conc area, blindside, cold attunement, freeze, execute II
Feel free to swap gems whenever you feel necessary. Also I've moved a lot of gems around, particularly having freeze on everything so I instantly freeze large packs and will act as a pseudo layer of defense.
Due to the amulet stacking well with the build, I'll probably keep updating the build whenever I find more upgrades.
I'll have to do more expedition and delirium and will probably post a juiced simulacrum using this setup.
