80% crit 444% crit multi. rage stacking.
no fancy jewels.
no perfect gear.
under 100 div investment counting all the incremental upgrades i purchased or bought to test.
after making this video i took a gem level support out of ice strike to add more freeze buildup and it's even better with the extra freeze.
pretty much homebrew build without a guide. nothing fancy but the most powerful character I've had in this game so far.
haven't experimented with adding deli yet but it's more than enough for breach and maxed t15s.
